Everything about this experience was excellent the guys who put in my a/c and furnace were polite efficient and so nice steven who sold me the unit was pleasant and considerate it was a good value too Just a update 6 months later my furnace goes out I call expecting 24/7 service on a brand new furnace on a cold night and am told the best they can do is get technician here tomorrow morning while I watch my 92 yr old mother bundle up in sweaters and under blankets in 50 degrees weather. My neighbors let me borrow their plug in heaters. TASSIO shame on you for testing my mother this way

DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE customer service and incredibly overpriced. They told me they would be at my house between 8am-12pm and they didnt get there until 3:30pm. I have 2 babies so having them in the heat while I wait for someone to show up was horrible. When the guy finally came he quoted me a huge amount and was unable to itemize labor and parts. Luckily I was able to get a hold of someone else who was able to come to my house, was there when he said he would be, kept me updated and billed me less than half of what Tassio was going to charge me for the same work. I would be happy to refer him.

The firm seems poorly run as they do not keep appointments, calling at the last minute to change or cancel. This is very inconvenient. Many of the techs are great, but some are green and lack education or experience, yet you pay the rate for a highly trained technician. The receptionist/scheduler is not very pleasant and seems bothered by, rather than appreciative of, my business. There are so many better choices.
