Our return policy clearly states on the receipt that we dont accept returns on washed or worn items. She told me it was very dirty. She did the right thing. It isnt our fault that you bought the short one by mistake. -Andy, Store Manager

Very disappointed! The Chinese girl who work in the store didn't want to change my short aprin (uniform for servers) for long one because she said you used. Even if I used for few days. I bought short one by mistake.

I had 2 bad experiences in this store.Bad customer service, not welcoming.Decided to give them one last chance. Today, Karen was the associate. She greeted me with smile ask if there was something she can help. SHE WAS AMAZING. The store has great selections. I hope the customer service will be more consistent.

We are a family owned business. Dickies has a very large catalog and it is hard to carry every single style in the store. I was told that you were looking for a pant that was the right leg width. That is a very specific request and something that we would likely have to order. We have Skinny, Straight, and Boot Cut In the store currently.
