Asked for mango instead of strawberry purée with matcha latte. They told me they couldnt do it. How can they not make the switch when they have mango purée in another drink? In the past Ive been able to make that modification at the union square location. They should at least have a good reason. Even the person serving me said he didnt know why as they werent busy and it is possible.

Rating this place was a bit tough on me. The team here was honestly great! My only gripe is with the drinks themselves. Their menu is probably one of the smallest I've seen at any boba joint and doesn't even boast any of the incredible flavors I've grown accustomed to, such as mango, passion fruit, guava, etc. I wasn't offered any control over ice or sweetness, which was a bummer because the ice quickly watered down the already not-sweet-enough drink. But... kudos to fresh boba because that was their saving grace from today's visit. Loved their boba pearls....

We missed the ordering deadline by 30 seconds, but that staff were still nice enough to process it and even gave us free cookies. They're so great! Love that crew.

I think their boba is a little overpriced. I don't think that they have anything too special in their boba to be worth upwards of $5 for one drink.
