First visit was pleasant and results were satisfactory. Second visit was met with moody lash person She was annoyed that I changed my appt from lash lift to lift and tint. Then told me I should have scheduled an appt to have the lashes straighten which she said I should have known that. Then who got tint in my eye and yelled at me like it was my fault. Offered no eye drops or a way to cleanse the eye. I told her I was maybe having a reaction to the glue and She was adamant that She had not used glue. Kept using running alcohol on my eye lid which caused it to become raw and inflamed. It was not a pleasant situation. I left with a bloodshot eye that wouldn't stop watering and lashes that were poking all directions. Not cute. It cost too much money to be treated this poorly.

I had my lashes done here before and I do not recommend this place at all. The lady who did my lashes the last, to also considered herself a dedicated lash-tech professional was RUDE and just fully GAVE UP on doing my lashes (not what a 'dedicated professional' should be doing). I have allergy issues therefore my eyes are constantly teary and the extensions falls-off quick because my natural lashes are thin and delicate. She would be confronting me about it face-to-face in-front of another client (again! not what a 'dedicated professional' should be doing) there and I felt humiliated and really offended by her actions. I am not the type of person who would create a scene when provoked. I have always tipped her nicely every time I go there but she made it known to me that she didn't want me back anymore probably because of my sparse lashes. I have told my friends about my experience here and I will continue telling it to everyone as well. I finally found another place that would put up with my lashes and they are treating me as an actual human being and doing my lashes nicely as well. I will never ever go back here. KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY. --BTW. THEY SPOKE ILL ABOUT ANOTHER CLIENT TO ME SO PRETTY SURE THEY WERE GOSSIPPING ABOUT ME TO THEIR OTHER CLIENTS TOO-- not professional at all!!!

I Have been going to House of Lashes both at the Wedgewood and Renton locations for years. They are one of the few places the does the FULL VOLUME LASHES. ALL the lashistas are professional and expert at their craft. I cannot recommend them more enthusiastically. If you are wanting lash extensions.THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. fairly priced, proficient, clean and professional. 5 srars!

I paid $180 for costume quality, 1/2 off Sallys Beauty Supply, clown lashes. I was not asked if I was satisfied with the end result or given a mirror to look at them or anything. She just ran my card and told me that all sales were final and ushered me out the door before I could even say thank you or no thank you. They came off the same day piece by piece, individually and without any help on my part. All I had to do was blink or sneeze and a big ole faux eyelash piece would fall off.
