My Dear Alison, I see you got my voice mail. I was most sincere with my apology and unfortunately it was NOT the only apology I've made in the last several months for sure. I agree, I should have just told you straight up when you walked in and asked me to do it, I'm so used to having folks to hand orders to here (currently I do not) and I simply thought I could handle it along with the tons of other jobs I've had in here weeks before you walked in with your single shirt order. To me, that shirt was just as important as a $3000 van wrap because it was your babies first birthday and you asked me to help you celebrate it and I failed, miserably. AGAIN my apologies. In todays world it's so easy to post reviews based on your emotions without ever considering the situation of the person who has failed you. I have been in this business for over 30 years and I have had North Georgia Graphics for over 25 of them right here in the North Gwinnett area and I intend to be here another 25 should the higher powers allow. I shall forge on even with your review of me, whom you do not even know. I can rely on folks who trust me and have faith in my abilities. If I could snap my fingers and make you a wonderful birthday shirt for your little Ayden I would but I just don't possess that magic power. Would not recommend this guy! I went in to have 1 tshirt done for my sons 1st birthday party and he said he would have it done for me by Thursday. I checked in with him after he told me he would send a design and he did not. He said he would get the design to me soon & he waited until the day before it was supposed to be ready to call and tell me that he wouldnt have my shirt done which gave me no time to find another person to make a shirt for me. I wish he would have just told me from the beginning he couldnt do it because I would have found someone to do it for me. This is terrible!! So now here I am scrambling to find my baby something to wear for his party. & all he could offer was a pathetic Im sorry Dont waste your time!
Worse Customer Service, be carful with owners. Especially with LYYN.
