This company is incapable of correcting the most simple of orthodontic cases. The software doesn't allow for bite registration scans to be used with CAD_CAM scans and they GUESS how the bite should be. A case of simply turning one tooth and making a retainer has required almost an hour of my time on the phone and responding to emails with no resolution to the case. HORRIBLE time turn around from scan and prescription to receiving trays of over a month. Customer service reps have no knowledge of orthodontics and can't correct any problems.

It took me 2 years and over 5000$ for simply giving a space for placing implant between two teeth and Im going to do another 6 months. So useless.
