William, its never our intention to make our customers feel like theyre being avoided, and Im sorry for the delay in our team contacting you about your unfinished kitchen. Since the completion of your project, weve implemented a new strategy to ensure someone is always available to follow up with a customer so we dont drop the ball like this again. (We know remodels can be disruptive to our clients everyday lives, and we can keep that disruption to a minimum by effectively communicating with them.) As you saw, we do have a good reputation with our customers, because we truly value collaborating and communicating with them. If you ever have another home project, I encourage you to work with us again -- I think youll find our communication has improved, and were eager to work with you! -Tony C., Owner

will be going on 3 month's without a kitchen. I'm doing my dishes in the bath tub and have giant boxes taking up what little living space I have. Everytime I call them they will 'get back to me'. Last time I called, the scheduler guy walked into the office, I was put on hold, and then told he would return my call the next morning because he had to go pick up his son, yet I got no call. After 3 days and multiple calls to them, I've received no contact from them. It seems like they're avoiding me, which is pretty bad for customer relations. Finally, they put me on the schedule (for a cabinet inspection). I'll have to wait at least another 3 weeks beyond that for them to start work on it. Wife and kids are on the verge of relocating so they have a stable place to live. I don't understand how they have a good reputation, this is ridiculous. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Took advantage of my grandparents. Very bad at communicating problems. Specifically asked for certain things, especially a wheelchair assessable bathroom and received very little of what we asked for. Grandpa is a retired veteran, grandma worked as an amazing secretary for Juvenile Justice. They are both not in the healthiest state lately and the whole point of getting this addition was so they can still live in this house and I can take care of them. If you hire this company be careful about signing any contract and I would highly suggest not giving money to them beforehand. Pay once the job gets done. Make sure they order what you specifically ask for and make sure that you are watching whats actually being put into your house.
Jolene and Jon, it's fantastic to read that James, Thom, and the rest of our crew showed such great service while working on your kitchen remodel! I'll definitely be passing your review on for everyone to read -- they'll appreciate your kind words. I hope you two are enjoying the finished product of their work! If you ever need anything else, we'll be happy to help you safely bring your next home-improvement vision to life. Take care and stay safe! -Tony C., Owner

Dear James, I just wanted to thank you and your staff for a job well done on our kitchen remodel. We were very impressed on how professional Thom and his crew were. Little things like cleaning up after themselves, showing up when they say they will, and easily contacted when needed made the process much easier. I also wanted to tell you that one Friday afternoon, Thom and his crew waited for me to get home from work just so he could introduce me to the electricians that were working in our home that I never met before. It was a late Friday afternoon and they could have easily been on their way to start their well- deserved weekend. That made me feel safe and that I could really trust everyone involved. We ended up social distancing on the very last visit, which we so appreciated that they came out to finish up. I know they didn't have to come out that day and could have easily waited til all this covid 19 business has settled, but they didn't! In closing, my husband and I would like to say thank you and would definitely recommend you and your staff with a 5 star rating. Sincerely, Jolene and Jon Meanor
Our cabinets arrived in March and it is almost September and we do not have a kitchen yet. Communication from this company is non-existent. I have had to spend hours every week communicating between contractors, troubleshooting, and fixing issues caused by their contractors - something the project manager should be doing. The installation was very sloppy and many of the cabinets look like a 5-year old took a saw to them at this point after multiple attempts at fixing the issues. ALL the cabinet and drawer pulls are crooked and theyve only attempted to replace one drawer. They have excuses for everything and act like nothing is their fault. After all the problems theyve caused and all the no-shows and shoddy work, I have not received a single apology. Extremely unprofessional - I have no idea how they are still in business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
