Jess, I am so sorry for the delays and frustration. We do try all that we can to get things done in a timely fashion. Please know that we do have to work with the owner of the home to get their approval on all work that we do. some homes have a home warranty that we also have to work with and I know that can cause some delays in the repair process and we all wish it would go faster. We try and do right by our Clients and our Residents in all that we do. I have talked to the Team in the office as well and they are pushing this one for you. We try and maintain our homes in the highest standard we can for all of our clients while trying to work with in the parameters that we are given from the actual owner of the home. The worst Management company I have ever dealt with. They rent houses out for slumlords. If you need anything fixed in the house that you rent it'll never get done. And they blame the owner of the house, even though the management company is there to take care of the properties. DO NOT RENT FROM RPM EAST VALLEY!
If a zero star rating was available thats I would give them. If you are an owner beware, the companys communication is the worst Ive experienced, and they dont follow whats in their own contracts. I have two other management companies and have never experienced anything close to what Ive experienced with RPM East Valley. Not to mention they really let my property go after I trusted them. Many promises unfulfilled and unethical business practices, very disappointed.
We currently rent from them and Carrie is great! Shes very accommodating, especially when we were going crazy thinking we were going to run out of time with our last rental. So far we havent had any problems!! Would recommend them to all :)
We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but our records show you applied on 2-6-2020 and the application was denied due to low credit/collections history. We received the second application 2-10-2020 for your dad that was never processed and a refund is being processed for that. Im not the type of person to write reviews, or to even complain, but I had the worst experience with this company. It makes me sick to my stomach to think there are others out there going threw them, trusting them. DONT ! Run away they are awful ! Careless and plain unprofessional! Carrie the property manager tells you that no applications have been submitted so you pay for an application in my case 3, and once you do that, Carrie doesnt return your calls or return any of your emails or texts. Then out of no where, the listing gets taken off the market and you get ripped off. And when you ask the office for a refund since Carrie doesnt answer her calls, they state that they have to see if you qualify for one! When you have never been contacted or reached out to after the fact. There are other reviews stating the same thing! I in courage anyone else that this has happened to, to report them to the Better Business Bureau as I am ! its so wrong what they are doing and it really disgusts me that they take peoples hard earned money and could care less about it. The office would just make excuses, to why Carrie wasnt answering my calls or texts,and it was so outrageous! One girl told me it takes her TWO DAYS to respond !even though it was way beyond two days that Ive been trying to reach her, I couldnt believe it ! they where condoning what she was doing and not even bothering to help me. Just so unprofessional, at this point I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I have still not been reimbursed or contacted. I hope everyone does themselves a favor and stay away! look at the reviews before working with these people, like I wish I did. Responds to the Reply: I dont know who you are referring to because my father never applied and we never submitted are applications on the 6th of Feb , we submitted 3 applications on the 19th. Just further proves how unorganized and unprofessional you guys are. And the fact that you throw someones credit score and collection out on a review is beyond wrong! Yet you ignore what my reviews was about and try to belittle Me. Nice try
