TURNS OUT THEY SHRINK WRAP FOR DISPENSARIES. Went here today to shrink wrap some children's books for a classroom of 2nd graders. When I opened the box of shrink-wrapped books, they reeked of skunk weed. I called LA Press to see what was what. The guy who owns the business is not only a rude, misogynistic a-hole, but shouted at me over the phone after I asked him if all shrink wrap smells like marijuana. He was so defensive that it made me wonder if perhaps they're smokin' weed in the back while their handling customers items. I thought my question was legit. Ive never shrink-wrapped before and its possible the scent is similar. He refused to talk to me, hung up on me, and when I called back to explain to him that my social media reach is wide and that I plan to spend the rest of my work day bad-mouthing his company anywhere I can, only then was he suddenly interested in listening. I explained that I own a multi-million dollar publishing company and that he should be careful to treat all customers with great customer service because some of us like to spend some time hurting businesses that don't.

LA Press Printing has been my go to for years now! As an Event Planner, I am picky about the quality and LA Press never lets me down. They have a great staff and always go above & beyond! I highly recommend them for any printing needs! For complex projects, Chuck is great to work with.
