Well, what can I say...so don't do tile repair as advertised on their website nor the advertisement paper in the mail (attached PIC). I had inquired about tile repair around our fireplace and bathroom and they responded that they don't do any type of "tile repair". Only cleaning....very disappointed in false advertising!

Very disappointing customer service. We called the Denver location, got an appointment for an estimate two days from now, great! Then I get a call later the same day and because I live north of I-70, they can't help me but referred me to their North location. When I called I was told it would be several weeks to get an estimate and several months to get any actual work done. So as a customer, I now get to wait weeks because of some territory restrictions. If you can't get to the business then refer back to Denver to satisfy the customer, instead you've lost my business and now get a bad review.

The Grout Medic restored our 22-year old travertine shower to like-new condition. Bruce and Andrea are professional and pleasant to work with. Their work is flawless. They honor their appointment times; they are respectful of our property, covering their work areas with tarps, and they wear booties. They even cleaned the hard-to-reach gasket beneath the shower door. They are experienced experts Highly recommended.
