On behalf of SLC Wear we would truly like to apologize that a single customer of ours would have these thoughts or feelings. It is such a shame LUNIVAY ART has chosen to take a policy as a personal attack. We value the time, energy, and happiness of ALL of our customers. She accuses us of no communication however, she refused to answer questions about the bill when we asked. Then still neglected to pay the bill even when we asked what was wrong. She has made excuses explaining her delayed payment claiming to have been out of town however, our invoicing process shows when an email invoice has been viewed, the exact date and how many times it has been viewed. We issued a late email, she must not have read the fine print on our invoices. Invoices 15 days over due are subject to late fees, which we reminded her again before they started accruing. Bills over due by 90 days are sent to collections. This was not directed at her and is our policy which she has chosen to take as a personal attack. The prices she was given we were not high, we have photos of all clothing and would be happy again to supply these to those interested. Her initial shirt was $15, we didn't charge her for the back print on that shirt which would have made it more expensive. Unfortunately this gave her the impression her other shirts should have been cheaper due to no back print. Her hand drawn art work was extremely soft and not vibrant, we can't work magic with poorly drawn images neither can our software. She did make it known and I explained to her why it wasn't vibrant. She did not request a reprint or send us new art work to give her a new print which we would have done as stated in our policy. She has picked up in person the majority of the clothing ordered from us excluding a reprint we sent to her over a week ago. We didn't reach out about her unpaid bill until we had confirmation she had received her clothing. We have the tracking number which shows the reprinted clothing was delivered to her house a week ago. We asked her if the reprint met her standards and never received any further contact on the matter. Also in an attempt to help a new customer we did 2.3 hours of design time to fix hand drawn art work. Our art design time is $60 an hour and again we did not charge her for this. This self proclaimed artist sent us drawings scanned from a sheet of paper knowing we cannot print from a JPG as we are DTG. All files have to be converted to a digital format with transparencies which is a service we offer to many customers for an additional cost. We did not charge her for this in an attempt to be thoughtful and helpful towards another small business. We would be happy to supply her invoice. She was charged $13.85 per shirt on this last order. If we do not receive payment on an item or the customer is suddenly unable to pay their bill we will offer to go pick up the item which was has been stolen from us. There would be no instance in which an SLC Wear employee would ever show up at a residence without confirmation and agreement from the customer, it is simply us trying to make these difficult situations easier for the customer. There were no harassing emails from SLC Wear to LUNIVAY ART. Our automated system will continually send email reminders about late bills and approaching payment dates in order to remind our customers so the fees do not occur. Again we would be happy to supply all back and forth correspondence to all interested parties. In retrospect we will no longer allow clothing to be taken from our store without payment. All this is over two shirts, which she was charged $27.70 + tax. The sad thing is even if she had come to us and said hey I think these prices are too high we could have talked about it. We don't ever refuse a discussion with the customer in regards to pricing. However, she refused to pay her bill or give us an explanation as to why or how we could help.

This experience was terrible. I received incorrect product, prints that were too light, continual price inflation, poor communication and harassment. I DO NOT recommend conducting business with SLC wear. This was an absolute joke. As DTG printing is becoming very popular I recommend finding somewhere else.

Ive used SLC Wear to have dozens of shirts printed and theyve always gone above and beyond to make my orders quickly and the shirts are always high quality. The shirts are printed quickly and shipping is fast. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing shirts printed.

Andrew does excellent work, has put time to achieve the knowledge it takes to process correct DTG prints vs a lot of these new guys coming up unpacking them right out of the box and going for it. His processing is down to a T , which makes a world of difference from other products I've seen. high quality resolution prints, never had any issues, very easy to communicate and negotiate with. 100% recommend. Friendly & professional, works great deals for wholesale orders and graphic designs.

Great service. I contacted Andrew around 3:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon looking for a customer screen on some T shirts for an upcoming cruise. We emailed back and forth so he had my design. I had a price quote and a proof of my request within minutes. Andrew ordered the T shirts and had them screened by 4:00 pm next day and ready for pickup. And, at a price less than I ever expected for a custom job. Fantastic Work, Fantastic Service, Fantastic Price. 5+ stars! I'd highly recommend Andrew and SLC Wear.
