The staff were friendly and initially helpful. Booked the car in, with an explicit requirement to check the brakes and communicated this 3 weeks in advance. No parts to sort immediately, booked in for collection and return 3 days later. Nobody turned up. The after care at this point was poor. Brakes are a critical safety feature, and the assessment made the car unusable for my daily activities, and by not adhering to the agreed service window, it was leaving me without a usable car for an extended period of time. As I rely on my car for work, this is an untenable situation. Furthermore, instead of accepting that it fell outside the expected service window and refunding immediately - they tried salesmen tactics to get me to re-book at a much later date. Ridiculous. 2 stars because the initial interaction was pleasant and easy, but the remainder was very poor.

Dont bother purchasing car from here. Greedy salespeople. They said they will call me to sort out the sat nav, they didn't bother too. Hated the experience buying the car too. Really disappointed with this show room.

I bought an Audi from here and I've never looked back. I've since bought a TT and it's the most treasured piece of kit I own. Audi can be terribly expensive and I don't agree with how much they charge for services and other such things like satellite navigation activation. Saying this, I found their customer service to be exemplary and their cars are absolutely fantastic. Nothing compares to the Audi experience but I'll be honest... you'll need a few quid!!

Trying to contact them more than one hour and been throwing from main booking team to Preston team , gave me different number who never pick up . All this with online service booked . Do your self favour dont wast time with preston team .
