4/8/22 at u high we tried purchasing a hooded sweater and they didnt even acknowledge me when trying to ask questions. Was very rude & unprofessional wouldnt do business with these inconsiderate employees
Have made over 200 t-shirts for my organization and the work and quality is always great. Award plaques are very well done. Prices are good. Easy people to work with.
On March 7th we attended our boys first wrestling match. While there our boys asked if we could get matching wrestling hoodies. So, we went up together and picked our designs and the customization's we were wanting. The original buying experiencing was quite unorganized, but we passed it off to the fact that they were rather busy and were making these customized garments onsite. We wound up asking for a total of 6 hoodies unfortunately at the time of purchase she informed us that she only had 3 of the size and designs with her that we were wanting so the other 3 would need to be ordered but she ensured us that she had the correct sizes at her business and that she would contact us when they were ready but guaranteed they would be completed by March 13th as it only took about 5 minutes per customized sweater to make onsite we were confident with her expected date of no later than the 13th. We waited to hear from her and we finally made contact with her on March 17th where she informed us that she no longer had the style of sweater we had originally ordered and that she would need to switch them out to a different design which means our sons original request of all 6 of us having matching sweaters would no longer be an option. But again, guaranteed readiness by March 20th and would call to confirm before that date. Here it is April 1st almost a month since our original purchase date and we still do not have our sweaters. This has by far been one of the worst local business purchases I have ever made, and I would strongly urge anyone to seek out a different company to do business with. At the very very least I would expect a professional business owner to make customer contact and stay in touch. At this point I would be satisfied with a refund as she made sure to charge me for sweaters I may never see!!!!
