So I called about a bike and the person I spoke with was short and kinda rude but again I called so maybe he just wasn't a phone person
We are very sorry to hear this happened Susan. We definitely want to give all our customers a great experience. Unfortunately we cannot diagnose mechanical issues over the phone. Employee was RUDE! While trying to diagnose problem... Was told by associate that it was not his problem!!! Never treated as rudely before!! I recommend another dealership!!!
Steven, Thanks for stopping in. As you noted 4 dealers and no belt buckle. This is common in today's business environment. I wish we had more inventory but, we are at the mercy of our vendors. We wish we could have earned a 5 star review for the things we can control.
