Jason and Travis were very honest about the situation from the beginning and didn't give us a bunch of fluff just to get our business. They were extremely professional with the appeal and the process, as well as being very responsive when we had questions. We have used others in the past and we highly suggest you skip everyone else and use this team. They will be upfront and honest from the get go and work hard to achieve the desired outcome. We truly thought our Amazon account was a lost cause and would never be reinstated after trying for over a year on our own and with other consultants. Jason is an outstanding person who would go above and beyond to help in anyway that he can. I have known Jason long before he founded Amazon Account Rescue. We used to work together and his commitment and dedication to his job is nothing short of incredible.
