Rebecca , as explained to Nicole, I am sorry for the experience you had to go thru however this had NOTHING to do with me a listing agent.... I have NO CONTROL over an OWNER that decided to rent his house while under a listing agreement. I do not own the house nor do I manage this property and for you to bad mouth me or my practice without even knowing me or my practice is a low act that you should be ashamed of. I am a hard worker person that takes my work very seriously.

Do not ever trust your property to this person! My partner and I had scheduled a second viewing of a home, with an offer contract ready to go. Anat was the listing agent for the property and had scheduled our showing with our realtor. When our realtor open the door, a dog was inside and jumped at her. While the realtor attempted to contact Anat, two men in a truck pulled up in the drive, nearly striking my car. They were upset because they had booked the property through Air B&B. Both men were extremely combative and got extremely close and threatening to our realtor. They also made advances on me and my partner. It is a violation of the GLVAR Code of Ethics to book a showing without consulting with the owner. Being a realtor is difficult enough. Your colleagues should not be threatening the health and safety of yourself or clients. Absolutely unacceptable. We will no longer be buying this home. And as we continue our search, we will not entertain properties Anat represents or her company, Hecker. There are plenty of other reliable and professional agents and property management companies in the Valley. Do not waste your time or money with Anat.

We were looking to purchase a property where Anat is listed as the selling agent. Anat was incredibly difficult to work with - cancelled on our agent multiple times. When we finally scheduled a viewing of the property, there were Air BnB guests in the house. The guests had a dog that tried to bite and the guests themselves were highly confrontational and came close to causing a physical conflict. We were planning to sign an offer for that property the same day and we will no longer be pursuing that offer. Anats business practices are not ethical and put myself, my partner, and our realtor in harms way.

It's been a year now that I have Anat as my property manager. She is transparent in her communication with information on what, where, when, and why. She has her system setup and streamline so well that if and when a situation arises, she has the answer. Her answer comes with open communication, transparency, and solution. With her, I feel very assured knowing that she has everything under control. I couldn't be more happier with the professionalism and the result of the service she provides.

Anat has been my property manager for almost 5 years now. Las Vegas Vegas is a transit town, so its common to find someone or someplace that is good once and barely recognizable the second time. Anat has been CONSISTENTLY, professional, efficient and ready with a quick and clear response to any question. No matter the request, under her coordination and direction, her office has handled anything from work requests, repairs, installations, as well as paperwork, contracts, and explaining any complicated legalese. If youre looking for a property manger, Im my opinion the most important skills to look for is problem solving abilities and capability of putting out daily fires. Without question, Anat absolutely checks all the boxes and has my utmost confidence, and full recommendations, if youre looking for a property manager.
