Mrs. Scott, we would like to thank you and your husband for both taking the time to post several negative reviews about this situation. We apologize you believe your vehicle was repaired incorrectly. We wish you had brought your vehicle directly back to us if it was not repaired properly and allow us the opportunity to correct the issue. Unfortunately, that is not the case and an independent non-certified Cadillac technician was involved. Company Policy will not allow us to just pay a bill to a secondary facility if it was not approved through the proper channel prior to any repair. We hope you can understand our position. If not, please reach out to our General Manger, Bobby Spurlock, and we can discuss this off of social media. Thanks.

Beware dont buy a car from Cadillac of New Orleans. Horrible Staff, Horrible Service Horrible Technicians Horrible Service Manager Danny Giardina. Paid over $5000 to have the Air Conditioner fixed and this is the inside of my car. Took a receipt in for having it repaired correctly and the service manager called me Dumb for paying $1900 to get it fixed correctly. I posted my complaint on the Cadillac of New Orleans Facebook page only to receive a response from the GM who also fails to take responsibility for the poor service. I still have not been contacted about their FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE CERTIFIED SERVICES THAT THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE

NOT PROFESSIONAL They are not trust worthy at all! I called one evening and spoke to Tyrone and Carissa about a Yukon they had on the lot for sale. I gave Tyrone all of my information, they sent me a buyers order, I told them I definitely wanted the vehicle. Tyrone told me I didnt need to put a deposit. I emailed the buyers order to my credit union. The following morning, I made an appointment with my credit to sign paperwork and pick up a check for the vehicle. I called Tyrone to let him know that I would soon be on my way to pick up the Yukon, he said someone else was purchasing the vehicle. I then called the manager, Carissa, I told her that I wanted to put a deposit the evening prior for them to hold the Yukon, they said I didnt need to, now they are selling the Yukon to someone else. Carissa then stated that its first come first serve! Not professional at all! I Do Not recommend buying from this dealership at all!

La administradora es prepotente y grosera, suman gastos adicionales "alistamiento" "Tratamiento corrosivo " y cuando les dices que no lo vas a tomar, que solo quieres el vehículo se portan de forma terrible. Pésima manera de atender a los clientes.
