Good for just hiring and firing. If a job keeps on hiring, then you know something is wrong...with the company. People should love this job. This should be rewarding. It's not the clients, its the employers. It's favoritism. If their employees were treated right, then maybe just maybe they would stop hiring and everything will be good.

This is a terrible company to work for and they don't care about their employees. Honestly they are on a streak for firing black employees, or putting them under "investigation". This is probably the worst compamy to work for no matter your tenure or position. Also, if you are considering having someone come to this company to be supervised and taken care of don't. This company has no strategies for improving and developing the people living in the group homes.

I was forgotten about during covid. I was untreated for over a year. Not a call or text. I just started going back to therapy. Hopefully I can give 5 stars after a few months of treatment. I enjoy the people but the program seems flawed.
