The worst car buying experience I have had in all my 48 years. The salesman lied to us and told us that there were absolutely no problems with the truck and that the transmission was on excellent condition. We didn't make it 20 miles from the dealership before problems with the transmission showed up. They have had the truck back for over a week and was finally told that the transmission was bad and cannot even get a response from the sales department as to why we were mislead in our purchase of the truck and what our options are. Owned the truck over a week and only drove it 120 miles. Poor service.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership. We drove 2 hours away from home to look at a 40,000 chevy truck . Had to make an appointment just to see it no big deal right well we get there and they can't find the truck for 15 minutes no big deal right so we wait they find it said it was in the shop getting a new head unit. So they bring it around to us. My husband said dude how long was it under water. The salesman said I don't know. Well it was under water long enough to cause the floor panel and seat track to be full of rust. As soon as you open the drivers door its very visible. They could have told us before we drove 2 hours that we were gonna be looking at a rust bucket.. the salesman didn't even care he was like oh well have a good day. .. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Horrible dealership. Contacted them on a vehicle I found online about 2 weeks ago and chatted back and forth asked them to have a salesman contact me. Salesman contacted me and we talked for a bit about the vehicle and he said when can you come in, I told him we lived 4 hours away but we were hoping to get it financed and all the leg work done first. The salesman told me he would drive it himself and make sure it was definitely in good shape and send me some current pictures. Fast forward to today and mind you I have not heard anything to this point and I contacted the dealer and low and behold the truck was just sold. Most businesses have lost the customer service that most people are accustomed too and this dealership obviously has as well.
