Ordered parts for my car on ebay. Simple at first then it went off the rails. I received the incorrect parts and went on eBay and started the return process. Yes auto parts then said I selected the incorrect return reason and refused my request. Of course I couldn't edit the reason on the return. Oh yeah, I entered I received the wrong part reason. So all that said, I contacted them through eBay several times and no response. They even told American Express that I did not provide a reason for return, not true at all. I have all the messages but just figured money lost and I would post as many reviews to tell the auto parts buyer the truth, beware and hope you get the correct part otherwise go luck! I have had better return experience with Chinese sellers. Now on to any other place I can let people to know to stay away from this group..
