I am sorry that you are so upset however when you brought your order in there were several different instruction for different jackets and I went over it with you once the order was documented. If something was documented incorrectly on my part you should have brought it to my attention at that time. I did not add additional instructions after you left. We would not have created additional work for ourselves if it was not requested.

I would give it less than one star If i could. I was very clear on how and what we wanted embroiled. I saw them write it down very clearly. Once I received my product it was not what we wanted and were over charged for something we did not ask. Causing 600+ dollars in ruined jackets. When asked what happened they did not offer a way to resolve or refund. Instead they added notes on the order that where not there and claimed to be correct. Everyone makes mistakes and it is ok but things need to get resolved and delt with in a professional manner. Witch was far from the case.

Hole in the Wall are extremely warm, friendly and went out of their way to do a doggie shirt for a coworker who is expecting her first child. They knew I needed it for a baby shower and they had it ready. I highly recommend them.

Chelsea was so helpful and patient in helping us bring my daughter's letterman's jacket to life. It turned out absolutely perfect. The quality of the custom patch they made is perfect. Came in on a Friday to get shirts printed and a hat embroidered and they had the proofs the same day and everything ready for pick up by wednesday. Everything looks great and customer service was awesome. Definatley recommend them!
