I apologize for the experience you had with our Company at the end. There has been a lot of turnover during the last two years, but that does not excuse the poor service that you received. The Chattanooga office has recently put many new systems in place to address the complaints our customers have had in the past, one of which is a scheduled cleaning program. I've been with this company ,or was for over 25 years. Everything was fine until the last few years. I could never get service or an ontime appointment. I understand that it's hard to evaluate how long each case when your on a repair job,but after so many tries..schedule mine for the first of the morning,that way I know when it will start. They refuse to come and serviced the machine on a regular basis,which they did in the beginning. When I ask about this I was told by the coporate office in Birmingham,basically they are too big a company now to do that. So you have to call to get that done. I cannot count the times I have come in and had no ice or an ice machine full of water..Fridays and Saturdays where I had to buy ice,and even on New Year's Eve. It's difficult to run a bar with no ice and especially when the whole thing could have been avoided if you took care of your equiptment
