Most of the people who work for the Tennessee Board of Nursing are incompetent. I called today and asked a simple question and the man I spoke with wasn't listening, so he kept asking questions that I just gave him the answers to! Educated people should not have to call and deal with idiots!

Not timely on responding to requests that are paid for by fees. Not current with times as licenses should be sent to other states and accepted electronically. Hold times are extremely long and voice messages are not always returned.

They seem to talk the talk, but cannot walk the walk. Very frustrating. On hold forever just to talk to someone and they promise the moon with no results!!!!!!!!
