Got jumbo box braids from this place. They only lasted for a week. Made an appointment to get them fix but waited for an hour. She claimed she over booked to many people so she didnt have time to fix my hair and they only gave me a portion of my money back. Wouldnt suggest going to this place for braids. Stick to the African places for quality hair.

Katie is the absolute best & slays anything she does on ANY kind of hair. I love whole the Complete Beauty Bar team. I will not go anywhere else!! I refer all of my friends & family to them & never not once have had a complaint. & IF u ever want to change something about ur hair after its done, communicate & ur wish is their command!! They are THE BEST around . Period.

Will not be returning... I spoke with someone and they said a wash comes with the style the website just has not been updated yet.. got to the salon and my daughter got a pony tail without being washed and it was 70.00. I am from NC and never ever have I paid that much for a style without a wash and I bought my own hair.. I will most definitely be going somewhere else for my future style.. ie my child's graduation pics and actual graduation.. smh
