Brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection/emission tests. Nice enough staff but they completely forgot to do my oil change. By the time my car was done, it was close to 3:30 and there was no time to wait for it to be completed. That's the main reason I went and it didn't even get done
Waited 3 hours past my scheduled appointment for a routine oil change. Their makeshift waiting area consisted of a trailer with a few seats and 2 lawn chairs in the sun with customers sitting on the ground. This is my first Hyundai and will be the last if this is the way the service departments run. Maybe only make appointments for the amount of staff you have working.
Having my car serviced at Bowser Hyundai is very easy and stress free. The waiting area is clean and easy to access. It would be nice if the table was farther from the TV. I was trying to work and I couldn't avoid hearing the TV noise but people sitting in chairs are across the room.
Shadiest dealership around, and there are A LOT of shady dealerships... They'll attempt to take you as a fool and overcharge you for service that would not cost even 10% that at a reputable independent garage. Right now they're using the giant American flag to try and draw you in, but don't be fooled, these are not true Americans with integrity, they are self-centered greedy con-artists that will try to swindle you if you blink an eye. Oh, and the waiting room is absolutely disgusting and cramped, Jesus.
