The male worker is me which is the owner and this girl was getting her third holes wearing double masks and was explained to her about the risk of tearing the tissue on the back of her ear with two mask on. As far as bullying her, she's a total moron. She has no clue about anything. So good luck at your next place. Don't come back here... WOW.. I guess if you live long enough you will see it all

Not friendly nor welcoming... I was unable to get my ears pierced because a male worker at the establishment bullied me for wearing a mask, even after I explained my family member is sick... This is a perfect place for an anti-masker!! Great place for bullies too!

Super super friendly and professional. I was very scared to get my septum and helix pierced, but he was very good at making me feel better. A very clean environment too. Definitely coming back!

Ty very much for your review the $35 is a choice... If you come on a Saturday or Monday there is no appointment required however if you book a appointment for another day there is a $35 booking fee which I do NOT get. I hired a outside company to book my appointments and that is their fee

Great experience! He accommodated the time we needed, did a beautiful piercing job for my 4 year old daughters ears, and so far a week later they continue to heal nicely. The appointment scheduling fee is NOT a deposit that goes toward your final payment (it was $35 - not cheap, and it didnt go toward the final bill which I didnt realize). Would recommend!!
