Just noticed your review. I'm sorry you felt like that without substantiating your comments. You were not happy with your product and it was exchanged for a machine that you felt was more suitable at no extra cost. I'm sorry you felt like that about our service however I cannot find any trace of a transaction with you. We pride ourselves on our after sales service. We even have an out of hours attended service. All emails and phone calls are always returned and any problems solved.

Great service when selling, any other problems then terrible, uninterested service. They never return calls/ emails or do what they say they will do. I will never purchase from here again after two separate un-related problems.
