I only needed a routine maintenance check performed(oil change and tires rotated). I arrived at 8:30am and didn't leave until 11:30. I know staff is short but no one came to let me know the car was finished and had been sitting waiting for me to pick up (tech went to lunch)

Premier Honda has one technician to work on cars in the service area. My car was there at 8:30 am tge appointment time. At 1:15 pm My car had not received the diagnostic tests to determine my problem. Its a case of too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Pay your hourly workers more!! Thats how to keep employees. A huge waste of my time Premier Honda.
