A failure of service. Requested same-day delivery at 10:45 am. At 6:00, no meds. Called and rep said she would investigate and call back in 10 minutes. Its now 10:30 pm, no meds, business is closed. $300 and required meds in limbo. Furious. Plus...I only live 1/2 mile from pharmacy!
Delivery was made to my house. It was not mine. I will deliver to my neighbor where it belongs. I have a large sign with my address on it. I'll never understand how it was delivered to wrong address
I had been very sick and with no way to get my medication, I found Scriptdrop on Google. I ordered after 2p the day earlier so I received my order at 2:26p the following day. I called them (very short wait time) before ordering to get a feel for the company and the gentleman I spoke with me was so kind and reassuring. In fact, I didn't have to do a thing after placing my ordering but to get my meds in front of my door. (Although i did call the pharmacy to make sure they knew). They updated me promptly with text messages. All this for only $8. I hope I'm never this sick again but if I am, I'm using them again. I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you! Keep up the great work!
Would rate them a 0 if i could. Aggressive delivery staff and now they demand we have to sign for these? The driver took off with my meds and never dropped them off, sent me a text asking for a signature but was gone when i opened the door. They're blaming the consumer about lying about receiving delivered medications. How about people do their job for some of us who can't get a mail order delivery or utilize a conventional pharmacy. Or better yet, I wish my pharmacy would stop contracting with this worthless company. I shouldn't have to worry about my safety to take care of my health either.
