Got a new plow installed last February. Was handed my tow hooks ( great a truck with no tow hooks ) 2015 silverado. Come to find out they are supposed to be there for the install. The lazy install guys skipped it and BENT MY FRAME. Brand new truck bent frame. Half heartedly approach to their installs to say the least. They repaired the frame but I spent my time and fuel to solve their crap install? Huh. I guess its not that uncommon these days.

Dont ever take your equipment to their shop, they double The shop time, and charge you for parts that were still under warranty, I have western plows that I take there to get service, but after this winter Ill get switch to a different plow just so I dont have to deal with this Crooks.

We bought a 2016 dodge 4500. As we were setting the truck up to get a stainless steel dump be installed at Aspen we were told about the new 116 box that aspen has build for themselves. We were sold on a Henderson but I said lets take a look. From then we were told about the futures on it and I was told about the wireless remote control to raise lower and release the gate well dumping the box. This box was actually cheaper then the Henderson box and hands down is a better built box. The remote is the nicest thing ever. If I can drive anything to your business its that this box is the ONLY way to go. Thanks to Mitch and Kevin Dessart for the great product and even better customer service!!

Stopped in for some parts and troubleshooting on a Western Plow and the parts guy was super helpful, thorough, and courteous. Service like that is sadly no longer the norm in our world, but I had nothing but a good experience and would go back without hesitation.
