Hi Nerit, I do apologize about my supplier not having stock in your requested item. There are unfortunately sometimes delays with the supply chain that are outside of our control. We do always try to deliver a full order rather than a partial order. I am sorry that you never did receive your medium shirt. It has been a few months now, and your requested item may be back in stock. Let me know if you want me to look into the availability on the polo shirt. Casey

Very poor customer service & management. Was estimated a 2 week delivery, days go by and never received an update on the progress as they stated. Called prior to picking up & they told me they still did not have shirts stitched & one shirt was on back order. Another 2 weeks go by still no update until I email them a day prior to pick up same shirt is on back order so I take 3/4 of order home. 2 weeks go by still no response of my shirt on back order. Tired of the wait & hassle so I canceled the other half of my order.

I am baffled by the customer service, or lack of thereof. I filled out their online form to get some pricing on a project. I waited a few days without a response. I then emailed two different emails at the company with my logo and the specifications of a hat I wanted embroidered, still no response. I stopped by in person and they told me they needed better graphics. I emailed them from my smartphone and they looked at the graphics and told me that someone would take a look and let me know. They never did. At no point did I get any sort of quote or even a hint that they might be interested in my business. I really wanted to use a local company for my project, but apparently they aren't interested in my business.
Better than GO USA in: pricing, customer service, small business orders, local loyalty, & quality of product. Thank you for doing business right in the valley.
Arranged for 20 or so polo shirts to be done up with reflective logos. The first time we got them back, they weren't heated through enough and began to peel off immediately. There are also burn/melt marks all over all the shirts. We took them back to be "reheated" and some of the shirts are still peeling. Evidently, this was a training issue that was rectified. We also set up hat orders, and finalized a logo and hat model. When we went to make our first order, they told us they no longer have that hat model. They did set us up with an alternative. Having had these issues, GPA was willing to make it right and then some. We will keep our dollars local and support GPA as they continue to meet our needs.
I do apologize about your experience. We have made staffing and management changes, and would love if you would keep us in mind for your next project. Again I sincerely apologize.

So far not impressed. Never been here before, brought a backpack in to get an embroidered logo on it and was met by a young somewhat put out girl at the front. I'll refer to her as the "like I said" girl. Maybe your company needs to get a bit of customer service training for her as she like to use the term "like I said". This is not the way you want to talk to a customer especially in an annoyed condescending tone. I was trying to verify if I needed to leave an old backpack, or a picture, with the Embroidery already on it as a reference to how I wanted the new backpack to look. Obviously she wasn't understanding and certainly wasn't explaining herself well at all to me and kept saying "like I said". I'm sorry but if you would've listened to me, you would have understood what I was saying to you and would have been better at explaining yourself. Don't assume a customer knows how the process works. I guess I just expect the first person you deal with in a business to be pleasant since they're representing the company, maybe I'm expecting too much. I may change my review based on how well they handle my order as I hate to judge a business on one person.
