I decided to come here to see how their services worked, and oh boy was I disappointed. First of all I had to call them about two times to see if my art work was done yet. The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. But, when I got home and really looked at my pieces, I saw that some parts of the art work was cut off, and I'm not talking about corners here. I'm talking about words and important elements of the piece where cut of. Also, some of the font was slightly pixelated if I looked at it closely. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. I wouldn't recommend going here, they charge a pretty high price for doing a terrible job. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to. I didn't bother calling back, used the pieces that where good in my portfolio, and took my business elsewhere.
Every Castle employee we work with on a weekly basis has been phenomenal! They go above and beyond to get the job done for us. We would recommend them for your printing needs of all volumes! They always come through for my store! From Graphics to Production, top notch! Friendly and efficient! Kudos to all, especially Amy and Lynn for always being on top of my projects!
Not that there haven't been problems, but when there are, James always steps up and takes care of it. We are far from experts, most of our troubles are of our own making; James has guided us out of more than one mistake and into an excellent final printing. Trustworthy. Update:: We're still getting excellent results, our 2021 calendar is better than ever.
