Snow was rough and I didn't like my manicure so she got somebody else to finish my hands. I want from an sns to fullset. The pedi was from a new girl. Wasn't pleased when I saw my toes in the light.

UPDATE** Kenya did great at first but lacks consistency. I could still work with that but her attitude is literally whack LOL Pee-lee took my eyebrows off. Also, her attitude is whack, zero accountability. LOL (Lol because they really believe that I take their rudeness with me when I leave there) They both go out of their way be rude. Please find something safer to do at YOUR JOB. *Sound advice* BESIDES THAT. Polished needs to coach their techs on proper customer service ( like saron exhibits each and every time) . We dont come to spend our money to deal with low vibrational techs. I DONT CARE HOW GOOD SOMEONE IS IF THEY CANT ACT LIKE AN ADULT OR MORE APPROPRIATELY TREAT A CUSTOMER RIGHT. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER NAIL SHOPS AND TECHS AVAILABLE. Don please remember you are a family man, not a high school teenage girl. Everyone else thus far is still kind and amazing. 3 remaining stars are for these gems ****************************************** (Reviewed Circa 2019) Ive been coming here since they opened ( off & on) my main eyebrow and nail tech was Michelle- who is amazing btw. However, shes no longer there . Since I have been unsatisfied with the quality of work before, I ask the owner to book me with his best eyebrow person. His reply was they are all good however he booked me with Kenya & she was great! Recently , I got a eyebrow wax & pedicure from Kenya. SHE DID GREAT! Happy customer

Location is going downhill! I went from being a regular twice a week to no longer going into establishment anymore after unprofessional treatment received! Location use to be much better years ago now its a hell hole, scheduling is always incorrect & many of the good nail techs have left the establishment. Services are just not worth the buck anymore !
