I didnt feel welcomed nor did I think the barber cutting my hair was experienced. When youre not experienced, you should take your time, hone in on your skills, and pay close attention to detail and precision. I was given a haircut by the manager who, after uncomfortable small talk, gave me a subpar haircut at best. I get a simple haircut; 1-2 blended in and a trim on the top, and it was what I wanted; however, it was rushed, sloppy, and uneven. Bottom tier cut from a bottom tier place. I dont recommend it.
Just avoid the barber DREW. Rest of the experience with other barbers here were fine until now. He literally messed up and it will be the last time for me here. The worst hair cut ever. Obsessed with small talk and so excited to talk about his day-off. He talks with other barbers as well the entire time doesn't seem to care about customer's request and does what he wants to do which is the worst haircut you can ever get.
Every time I go to Jeds I have a fantastic experience. Ive seen 5 different artists that cut hair and every time Ive been pleased. Today I saw Rachel (SHE NEEDS A BONUS YO! And shes at the downtown location) and she cut me a rad stylish euro mullet and was easy/fun to hangout with. Good vibes in there:)
Been going to Jed's for a couple years now. Always great, friendly service. Recently I went back in for a touch up just because something was a little off according to my taste. They took care of me without question and made it very relaxing comfortable and it looks great. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else.
First time was great , this time I have lines with long hairs from the clippers , ask for a skin fade twice and still didnt end up with one , huge let down
