Unfotunately they did deply scratch my brand new Maurice Lacroix watch while adjusting a bracelet (((( Nobody let me know that, i saw it after I left the store, because they were closing. They refused to admit their failure. The guy, who did it didn`t even speak to me, they send another guy. I got very bad experience, very upset (((( Always watch your jewelry repairing

I rarely write bad reviews but I had an awful, awful experience at this jeweler yesterday! I was looking at jewelry, and apparently my simple, classic taste wasn't expensive enough for the saleswoman. She was very pushy and obviously did not want to listen to my preferences-- I literally left with tears welling up because she was trying to quickly sell me something that I really didn't like. I heard about the place by word of mouth and drove 45 mins to get there... never again. (I ended up going to PK Bennett and was MUCH happier with the experience!!!)
