Worst customer service experience ever. Purchased a controller and it broke within a week or two. Reached out to the company and they were on back order (understandable). After a few weeks of not hearing from them, and seeing back in stock reflected online, i reached out and they are still unable to provide an update on shipping the replacement. Now their website says only 8 left but nothing sent... If they offer a 2 year warranty they should honor it, and provide timely updates and shipping.
