Express print shut early so had to come here, didn't ask for pricing and got three sheets printed. Charged 1.50, we asked how much it was per sheet, the man replied "I charge for my time" which came across rude and not come across a print shop who charges by time for a4 plain paper prints. I printed a 9 page application from at Express copy (near tesco) For 90p, so won't be coming back.

I do remember this customer, we took the job on as JUST a COUPLE of print outs at A4 size. Rahul had gone to get some cash from the cash point machine as we said it would only be around 1.50, not enough for a 'card' so leaving us to print out the sheets, which we did, there were actually quite a lot more that were in the print file which none of of realized until it printed, even the customer I think. There was no way of stopping the machine so that we could tell the customer that the price would be more, when the customer came back in I said that the price was now 2.50 in total, which I felt was a fair price considering the extra time and costs we had incurred. I can't see what else we could do as the customer didn't mention the extra pages at the time of ordering, usually we take the customers word for it as there just isn't time to check every document for number of pages. I will offer a full refund to Rahul as a sign of good faith if he would to come in to the shop at some point. Many Thanks Gary Proprietor

One of the worst customer service ever received. The gentlemen at the counter was very rude and had charged inappropriately for printing few documents. The charges were not as mentioned before beginning to print. Please don't waste your time and money. Go to Expresss Copy which is 2 minutes walk from this place or enroll yourself in the library which is just opposite. Please beware of the charges.

AMAZING service. Designed and produced the Wedding invitations for my daughters wedding. Took care and understood exactly what was required from our silly little scribbled notes. Awful experience in here today. I asked for 1 piece of paper to be printed and I was shocked at the price of 3.50 so politely asked if i could speak to someone just to get an idea as to why 1 piece of black and white paper would cost so much and the man who greeted me was aggressive, angry and rude. I spoke nicely and its a shame he couldnt hold a conversation to explain rather than be so horrible! Do not recommend at all unfortunately
