Car went in for service. Drove away and heard a clicking noise turned out to be a cable tie stuck in tyre tread. No big deal but was told the car had been washed only to discover they hadn't bothered washing the roof?!?! Half a job as usual which I have come to expect from this dealership won't be buying from here again

Not to good at answering questions about service needs and the fact they don't class it as a new car if it's preregistration

Bought a 2019 Sandero and a warning light came on over Christmas break . Rang and spoke to Kim who reassured me not a problem just a service light. Had car serviced. Picked it up all serviced, washed and valet. Brilliant experience as never had a main dealer service before. Wonderful team
Would have been five stars.... Went in today to Fish Brothers to trade in my one year old Dacia Duster for an upgraded model in the showroom. I was greeted by Michael who was a delight to deal with, not at all the stereotypical car salesman. Upbeat, professional and most importantly not at all pushy.... and a credit to Fish Brothers. Was told that my vehicle was worth 9.5k - 10k part exchange. Thinking this was an acceptable bargaining position, Michael went to talk to his Manager to get a definitive price for my used car. Sadly he came back with the following from his manager... Well we buy any car will offer you 9.8k but we will offer you 9k. So if you you want to sell it to them, then we still have the new car for you to buy. No wonder We buy any car is kicking the dealers. Shameful... Although I was ready to hand over the cash there and then to Michael for an upgraded vehicle, it would seem his manager scuppered the deal with a totally ridiculous offer. I will now be returning to Arnold Clark where I purchased my vehicle for a trade in. As I have already stated, the salesman was faultless, it would seem that the poor guy was constrained by an unrealistic manager.
