If I could give negative stars I would. Do not sign application with this company. We had to pay deposit along with app fee just to process app. If you do not sign lease that you do not see until after app process, they keep your deposit ($2445 for us). We did not sign lease b/c we did not want to, but apparently they believe you can keep deposit with a disclosure. TO be continued

If I could give a zero I would. I went and looked at a property with a friend and our first impression was great. She was called the next day by the owner of pivotal properties, Ron, who somehow turned a discussion about relevant topics related to being a good renter to absolutely degrading my friend. He questioned whether her 2 boys had the same father, whether their dads were in the picture, whether her parents were married. At one point he said money isnt your thing is it? This was all directed at a single, African American mother of 2 who works 2 jobs To support her family. By the time this interview was over she felt humiliated and belittled. I dont care if they offered a house to rent for 500 bucks. I would not rent from a company with this level of low integrity and professionalism.

Ron the owner, owns me money and has been dragging Id out for 6 months now. Never use the business they are not heres to help you, they are only interested in taking your money and security deposit. House also had a bug issue and ceiling leaks which caused mold that they did not do anything to fix. He also stole a washer and dryer from me, he said he would pay me but never did. This is a phony business with a phony conman running it.
