I Took my clothes on Thursday 25th of August 2022 for alteration.I paid in full. Was told to come and pick it up on Monday August 29,2022. I called whilst I was on my way only to find out that they never touch my clothes. I told them I was traveling on the night of the 29th and I was told it will be ready for pickup. My clothes was never sewed or touched. It was still in the same bag I placed it in. Its sad that I flew across the country to take my business to them, only to be let down at the last minute. I was so mad and hurt that I was speechless. You cant treat customer like that, its just unprofessional. If they were unable to do the job they could have just said so, not to waste my time and make a fool out of me. I had to buy new clothes. I had to go to work and I had to buy new cloths for my occasion. It was very wrong what they did to me. Very wrong, very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Lesson learned.

I ordered a crop top and maxi skirt that arrived today. The shipping was so fast and the shop responded to my questions in a timely manner. I live out of state so was nervous about ordering an outfit online but it was worth it. The crop top and skirt are BEAUTFUL!!! The fabric is A+ quality. I will definitely order from this shop again. I absolutely love this Boutique. The customer service is phenomenal, the Fashions are fabulous and the vibe is contagious. Every time I go, I can't wait to get back to try on my next piece of African adornment. I feel welcome as soon as I walk in. I don't want to shop anywhere else.
