I am sorry that you do not like our prices. You are the first person to ever have a complaint regarding our prices actually. As I tell all my customers, Im proud to be a little more expensive than the competition. In this industry its very much a you get what you pay for scenario. My priority is customer service and quality. I believe that if we provide a great service our clients will happily pay a little more. Im sorry that doesnt apply in your case. I wish you luck for your search for a cheaper printer.

Ordered shirts took about 2 weeks. When I got the order several of the logos were crooked and or off center. I returned all the shirts that were in question and asked for replacements. I spoke with a gentleman in the store and he admitted they were having some quality control issues.. They then took over 2 weeks then called and said your shirts are ready. I picked them up and they were made on a completely different machine not matching the originally made ones from before. The sizes were random and did not match the sizes that I returned or were missing. I sent an email requesting the missing sizes and they responded with sorry we gave you extra shirts and we are going to help you any more. I asked for the owners info and have not gotten a response back yet. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. I want to know why my complete order and sizes were never a priority with this company and as far as I'm concerned one of the worst experiences I've had. If the owner sees this please call me.

This company is FANTASTIC! We needed to purchase about 35 tank tops for my college soccer team with a personal design. Within no time, Tom reach out to me and helped me through the entire process. Despite there being a national shortage on tank tops, Tom was still able to find the perfect style in the exact color and sizes we needed, all within our price range (10$ each!). He was even able to get them to us 2 weeks before the date we asked. They arrived in perfect condition. The quality is amazing and so much better than any other company I have gone with before. The design also came out perfectly and the detail was exactly what we were looking for and have stayed intact despite working out many times in them. As college students, having 10$ per tank top that is personally customized within a short period of time from a local business during a pandemic with a national shortage of supplies was remarkable and incredibly accessible for our needs. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all personal design product that you need.

Horrible place. The only thing they do best is making you think they can do your stuff, then completely disappointing you. So much of my time was wasted with them. My rating is a wopping 0 Stars. I was forced to give 1 star. You'll be lucky if they call you back. I needed a professional company which is what I thought I was getting, boy was I wrong. I guess that's why I never heard of them. Take my review into consideration. Short staff and no point in dealing w/ a company like this. Thumbs down
