Jeep looked nice but wrong size shocks for lift and a few other parts were not upgraded to accommodate the lift got stuck paying out of pocket no help from dealer.

Went and traded in my 07 mega cab for a 2014 mega cab. They approved my deal before I ever put rubber to pavement which kind of had me hesitant at first. Everything went smoothly until I got back to colorado, and we hit our first cold spell... About 3 weeks into the winter I started seeing cracks in the paint, took it to my body shop guy, and he showed and informed me that the truck I bought, had been involved in some type of accident that was not recorded, and the people who fixed the body damage just slathered on a ton of bondo for a cheap fast fix. He also informed me to fix it right, he would have to find the back half of a separate wrecked truck, or a new cab to fix the damage my truck has., which is going to cost $3,000 plus dollars just to start, that's not including other unfound surprises. Lesson of the story, if it's too good to be true, it probably is, I doubt I will be returning here for business after this fisaco.

I purchased my Jeep Gladiator last weekend. I transitioned from a sports car and Mike spent a great deal of time educating me about the options for the various Jeeps. They were very liberal about letting me test drive the trucks several times. Mike was very accommodating of my time and flexible. When I decided to purchase the vehicle Joseph walked me through the process is about 20 minutes. I have never bought any vehicle in less than 2 hours time. He helped me figure out financing and insurance options. When I picked the truck up both Mike and Bernie were very patient and helpful educating me on the off road add ons I had on my vehicle. Great vehicle, rough experience Been a while since I bought my truck, but had to share. Rough experience with the same Mike Braman you will hear about in other reviews. I articulated, very clearly, the issues with my trade-in (suspension replaced but not connected to digital readout, bluetooth module bad, couple of lift rods not holding the back window up, etc). Drove a long way to get there based on our agreement and when I did, Mike led me to believe they might not do it after all. Sat in the lobby waiting with my family for a while and when Mike said he would do it, did it with sour grapes. I didn't notice that 3 of the tires were one type and the 4th was different until I got it home. They didn't give me the same courtesy I provided them. Should have been an enjoyable experience, but I drove off irritated. Left with a new car, but didn't feel good about it at all.
