I ordered 5 customized shirts for a vacation I am going on next month. I called the store a hour and a half before closing time to see if my shirts were ready and after one of the employees(might have been the owner) finally found my shirts, I was informed that they were ready. I informed the lady on the phone that I was coming to the store now for pick up. I arrive to the store 30min. before closing, no other customers were in the store. As I walk in, she says we're not doing any more tranfers tonight. I didn't get a hello, how may I help you? or anything polite. I replied I don't need a transfer, I'm here for pick up. She said oh OK and proceeded to ring me up. Two minutes after I arrived, a lady walked in. The same lady who told me as soon as I walked in that they were not doing any transfers that night, told the customer, were kinda sorta closed, but what do you need? Is it simple? The customer replied, I just need to transfer a photo onto a shirt. The lady then told one of her employees to take care of her. I will never give a dime to this establishment again. If you tell one customer that you are basically closed, you should not tell the next that you can take care of them. FYI- I'm African-American and the customer that arrived after me is Caucasian.
Went in for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. The ladies there provided me with extremely prompt and friendly service. I had a shirt made to my liking in less than ten minutes at a price of just $20 plus tax. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. (I love buying custom t-shirts as gifts, so they'll be seeing a whole lot of me. )
I had gone in to get a onesie made for my newborn nephew. I walked in wanting to ask about price and such and she said that i will be with you in a moment (she and other employees where discussing things so I didnt mind) but I stood there for 10 minutes after they were done discussing and they have disbanded ( mind you I stayed in the same spot just looking over the letter fonts) I ended up leaving without getting my questions answered. I will probably never take my business there.
