What an excellent experience with The Weight Loss Connection!! I was really at a point that I needed to make my health a priority and just at the right time I was invited by my friend to complete the 21 day challenge. I'm so glad I said yes! In 21 days I learned to change unhealthy habits, push my way to and through workouts and eat foods that nurture my temple. I also lost weight , inches,improved blood pressure and have a renewed mind. Oh and let's not forget I worked out with an amazing group of encouraging ladies . Thank you to Coach Vicki,Coach Carl and staff your program has been a blessing and an answered prayer

There's nothing but good things I can say about the weight-loss connection. The coaches and trainers are excellent. Let's say that a body that was neglected for many years and showing it is working out. The coaches modify their routines if necessary so that I can do them. I get a great workout and my body is showing my hard work and it is all because of the Weight Loss Connection!! I have lost weight, I have become stronger and actually more confident. The Weight Loss connection is a family, the ladies are supportive, motivational and just friendly. If you're thinking about joining a gym that not only offers a great workout but faith and mindset change, TWLC is for you. Your temple will be renewed from the top to the bottom!!

My friend invited me to join her in a 21 day challenge at The Weight Loss Connection and I'm so grateful that i signed up. The 21 Day Challenge is finally complete and I am down 15 lbs, 4 inches and 2%body fat. Somebody better shout hallelujah! I am so excited about this accomplishment and I have The Weight Loss Connection to thank. If you are looking for a place that can motivate you spiritually and physically this is definitely the place for you. I may not be where I want to be but I am so far from where I was. Being at the weight loss connection has motivated me to continue on in this journey until I reach the finish line. I must remember that the race is not given to the Swift but to the one who endureth to the end. Shout out to all the coaches who have been a great inspiration. Please continue to inspire so many more people. I see sexy in my future!

The Weight Loss Connection has changed my life. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what it takes to help you achieve your weight loss goals. We have learned how to change to a healthier lifestyle and to incorporate God into our weight loss journey!!! Coach Vickies personal journey has inspired many of us on our own weight loss journey, and Im grateful for everything. I have lost over 50 lbs and I know I can finish my journey with the tools and knowledge to be successful.

July 2017, i enrolled in the program, and at the end the it i could definitely see the results. With the great workout routine, the healthy meal plan, and the accountability coaches, I lost 10 pounds and 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I went on to the join the VIP program, and I have been in the program for 15 months now and i have seem nothing but progress (physically and spiritually). I am forever grateful to coach Vickie and the WLC family. What i like about the program is that it encompasses body, mind and spirit. It is not just a gym, it is a community. We encourage each other toward the path of healthy living. Coach Vickie always keep things interesting with VIP monthly socials, rewarding VIP of the month, and challenges so that we can stay on track.
