I guess it could always be worse. I went inside Ring road last night it looked like a scene out of the walking dead. The weeds and brush was tall as I am, graffiti around, some windows broken out of one of the businesses on the loop, just neglected. Sign of the times I guess it'll probably get worse before it gets better. Fight the power people, question authority.
