Hello Diane, thank you for sharing your feedback. We can understand your frustration being out of contact lenses. We know that due to COVID there are many factors a patient must consider before coming in for an exam and we take those considerations very seriously, however it is our practice standard of care that contact lens orders also include an examination. Since contact lenses sit directly on your eye, it is important to have the health of your eyes checked routinely. We are sorry that the appointment offered you didn't work out and that we were unable to meet your needs.

I am very unhappy with this clinic! I called to see if I could get a couple of contacts from them since that is where I got them from. Unfortunetly I am running very low. Granted it has been a couple years since I have been in for a check up. They would not give me even a sample one! They told me I have to come in for a check up! I told them I am considered high risk for this virus but they did not care at all!! I have been a patient with them for about 10 yrs but they DO NOT care at all. They insisted I come in. This converation with them started on 3/17. I have called there 3 times to see if there is any chance at all!! I got rudness and no's. I ended up finding another Dr that I have never seen before to help me out!! They were kind enough to order me a box! I will always never go back to Elk River clinic!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever. My appointment was set for 4:00. I arrived and checked in 15 minutes early at 3:45. I WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF! I didn't hear from anyone until I went up to the receptionist after waiting 65 minutes. She told me that I would be seen shortly and they were just moving some things around. I waited another 25 minutes. Finally I just left. I will never go here again.
