I just walked into the store a guy on the phone, ran to take my temp but that was all. NO one ask if I needed help or if I had any questions, no eye contact no acknowledgment. Just tell me I'm not allowed,that is how I felt....Hurtful!

I placed an order on Thursday 7/30 asked if the product was in stock. I was told the product was available in the warehouse ready to ship. I proceeded with my order and paid for 2 day shipping. I was advised that I would receive order on Monday 8/3. After not receiving an email tracking information as stated I called Allbrands No response. I called the company during business over 17 times phone would disconnect. I still haven't received my product not sure when I will receive my product. Our company really need our product to service our first responders. What as shame on this company. I will not shop with Allbrands again. The customer service is horrible from one business to another.
This is in reference to the recent Virtual Houston Quilt Festival, and AllBrands. AllBrands ran a live feed throughout featuring products and vendors of interest. As a fairly new quilter I saw a lot of demos and got a lot of information which helped move my mindset deeper into the hobby. I haven't ordered anything from them yet, but I have a list and plan to take advantage of some of the offers which are still running. As far as I could tell, they were the only vendor doing live presentations (most others had brief YouTube presentations). The ability to ask questions and generally commune with other quilters was quite welcome and appreciated. They did a great job. Overall, the quilt festival was needed by us in Covid semi-isolation; and AllBrands provided enough interest to keep me coming back to take all of the festival in (viewing quilts and visiting other vendors). Well done and thank you. When I have directly experienced their sales and customer service, I'll comment on that too.

Nice place to shop, but in store help isn't much supported while shopping, over all it's a okay place
