DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They didnt refund a 10k holiday that was cancelled due to covid despite emails confirming when booking that we were entitled to a full refund. They also had their ABTA status revoked for appalling customer service. In the end we had to get our money back from the bank. Shambolic company

This has been a long drawn our process This has been a long drawn our process of trying to recover monies from flights booked pre Covid for a trip to Portugal. Recently I took over the responsibility of chasing the outstanding monies as the lead booking has fallen ill. I contacted a senior director on a couple of occasions for which he responded to the 2nd mail as he had just returned from the Masters. He forwarded the email address for accounts and explained they would handle this and he would let them know I would be in contact. Contact was duly made and confirmation of receipt of the email was requested. No communication has followed despite sending further emails and also a final one to same senior director. Over 2 years has elapsed and no word of reimbursement has taken place. We will now be using a solicitor and their debt recovery team and to inform prospective clients of our bad experience. Still no resolution. Its clear to see the owner has no morals and is happy to continue trading whilst owing thousands of pounds to customers.

Holiday went as expected and planned. Booking process was an effort. I ended up having to keep on top of the sales rep to get the info I needed and chase up on a few thing. Once booked, I didn't hear from the sales rep again. Despite that, they sorted everything me and my group needed and we had a great golf holiday.

Sao Rafael suites, salgados golf course and Morgado golf course. The staff at all were great, informative and helpful. Hotel was clean and well staffed, morgado golf course was stunning. Salgados doesnt play like a typical golf course, a bit more like a purpose built course but still attractive and challenging. Great holiday, great value for money

Worst communication Ive ever experienced. Tried to call 10 times and just get a random option to leave a VM that doesnt get returned. Emailed 4 times without reply. Booking confirmation give little to no information on pickup details. Due to go home tomorrow and have no idea what time were being picked up. Trust me, once they have your money youre on your own. Will never use again!
