The cards you requested are exactly what you got. They are soft touch laminated 16pt business cards. I have a sample of your card here at the store. The artwork was emailed and you approved it. Reviewing the invoice, you weren't even charged for design and layout so we did this for free. Not only that, you should have been charged for rounded corners, but that slipped through on our part also. Bottom line is you got a premium business card for half the price as you should have paid. You are welcome to return the cards for a full refund.

Not a great company to work with. I have never left a review on a company's page but this was necessary. I sent the exact style and request to Camila. Not only did she not execute, the cards were printed on the cheapest paper of all time. I specifically ask for a thick high quality product. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Response to the owner: First do not lie to make yourself look good. The cards I received WAS NOT what I requested. The only reason I approved the image, Camila told me she would remove the black box around the logo. before I started I asked her directly and she said it will be removed and I said okay! ITS STILL THERE! Secondly, if you considered this premium quality, please shut down your establishment. The paper is very cheap, I specifically asked for quality paper which is thicker and more smooth. This card is terrible quality. I have the emails if you want me to post them. Instead of simply fixing the issue, I get an email stating your company can't provide better paper? I advise anyone that reads this to stay away.
