Hi Lyle, Im sorry if our lots arent big enough for you; our sales are targeted at flippers and are targeted at end users. In regards to seeing things from one auction at another, we occasionally have buyers who back out of purchases or are no contact and we must resell them. If you want big lots, I advise you look into pallet sales. Take care!

. This company can't be trusted. Search around their are better auction houses out there. They make the smallest lots, so you can't make a dime off of them. You will see stuff from one auction, at their own auction up in Hesperia. You will lose money off them. While they make money off of YOU.
We have amazing reviews. You called our auction company because we wanted to return an Item, That you hoped was 14K gold that was not 14k according to you. We did not describe the item as as 14k Gold.. We are am AS IS Auction company. You are invited to come preview before auction or call us to help you decide if you would like to continue to bid BEFORE the auction. However you did none of those things. If we describe an Item as guaranteed 14k then we will stand behind it>> We are a 2nd generation auction business. we are honest, hard working and family owned!! You said the F work many times when talking to the young lady on the phone!! Not cool. We wish you the best and hope you nothing but success in dealing with other auction companies. You spent thousands with us and consider us experts and yet never left a review until something happens that doesn't go in your favor and NOW leave us a 1 star .. Interesting ....

Customer service is basically non-existent! if you complain about something! I had a question about a lot I purchased, had emailed two times previously with no response, then called twice until I finally got a hold of someone. Almost immediately, the woman I spoke went on the defense and got a very rude tone as though she was already aware of the emails. As I tried explaining my position and asked why they didn't list it differently given their position on testing gold, I kept getting talked over and literally told "you win some, you lost some". Bearing that in mind, I have spent thousands with this company and placed trust in their expertise. So it was about then I couldn't take the disrespectful tone any longer when I finally lost my cool and reciprocated said tone. Apparently, when I began saying "you don't talk to customers like that" her response was "you don't get to tell me what to do!" Really?? Is that any way to talk to a customer?! It quickly escalated and could of easily been handled much differently but she decided continue to talk over me. Sorry but I am not going to be treated like I don't know what I'm talking about after having been in the auction industry for over a decade! The majority of auction houses I deal with are easy to work with! If you can't take criticism, you are in the wrong business. Just look at the other reviews where customers have had the same complaint! In response: If you would READ, I stated I wanted to ask a question. You claim to test all gold items. A 14k stamp is considered a gold item which means you would of tested it. If it did not test, why take a pic of the stamp without stating "stamped 14k but does not test"? But, I guess I'm "telling you what to do" and you won't be told what to do SMH. I didn't call to return it. I called because you DID NOT respond to my emails. At that point, I was annoyed that I had to call when previously you guys responded to my emails very quickly. Seriously... don't play victim cause that isn't what you guys are! The defensive tone and response I received right away was completely uncalled for and told me you guys got my emails and CHOSE not to respond because she knew what I was talking about regarding the lot. I was treated disrespectfully and pushed to the edge as a customer/bidder. You think I appreciate being talked to like that? I also didn't call you "experts", I said "expertise" as there is a clear difference. Experts also know how to treat customers. I see how your business is ran now. The customer is always wrong, you are willing to deceive out of state bidders because we can only inspect based on pictures YOU take (but hey, you test all gold right?), you talk over the customer, and you aren't willing to receive any criticism. Own it and learn some customer service! I've never had that sort of experience elsewhere so I felt the treatment deserved a review because I don't want other bidders to go through that.... PERIOD
I don't know when they started but I do know when I started with them. I first met the owner Jeff and Johan. Jeff was the one who did everything, received the money and gave me the things I bought. I remember that at that time I was out of work and it helped me a lot with the profits I made by selling the things I bought. Since then Ive been buying from Bid Fast and Last, I-15 Auctions and I trust them as a reliable source to purchase auction items. They open their offices to preview items the day before every auction so you see what youre buying but I have never attended to a preview because of their excellent huge catalogs easy to shop with wonderful photography and variety. When I bought several firearms from a large collection it was when I met Killian (Jeff son) and he and I have had many conversations while preparing my firearms paperwork of which Killian has a great knowledge, in those conversations he has told me that they are a 2nd generation auction business. Their website bidding system functions incredibly smoothly and makes the auction experience pleasant. When I had questions I contact Jacey and she have been extremely helpful. If youre looking for unique items you wont find anywhere else, firearms, ammo, vehicles or jewelry Bid Fast and Last, I-15 Auctions is the place. Jeff and Johan, Killian and Jacey, they are a 2nd and 3rd generation auction business, honest, hardworking and family owned I-15 and their Bid Fast and Last services.

Definitely have some unique finds. People tend to overbid on certain items. Im one of them Depending on the auction, bidding glitches tend to happen. < Downside Go to the previews, you will save yourself a lot of headache and heartbreak. The staff has always been helpful towards me Highly recommend
Hello Chris, we're sorry to hear about this! Our business sells hundreds of guns on a regular basis, and doing a "bait and switch" is not how our business operates. You can confirm it is the same gun by comparing it to the detailed pictures we take. We were very quick to rectify the mistake made, and the idea of switching out guns wouldn't benefit anyone. We would be more than happy to speak with you about your experience, if you would like.

Purchased a double barrel shotgun from one of their auctions. When I went to pay for DROs everything seemed smooth. Paid, they sent me over to fill out paperwork. Mid way through DROs paperwork the lady stops me saying I didn't need to fill out paperwork because it's a black powder gun. Sent me back to refund DROs. Nothing in the ad stated it was black powder. They didn't even know/ realize it was black powder. I would have never bought if it started black powder. Seems like a bait and switch. Won't be doing business with them again.
